Through our qualified technicians, we can offer diagnostics and repairs on all common household appliances. Our technicians have many years of experience in working with various brands no matter the age of the appliance. We work on refrigerators, dishwashers, stoves, microwaves, clothing washers and dryers.
We have a service charge for one of our technicians to diagnose the issue. If any parts or labor are required for this repair, the technician will go over any costs with you prior to doing any work.
Methods of payment we accept: Credit card and Cash. Any requested invoice beyond a paper check will take at least 3-4 business days to complete.

Because our technicians provide a service and labor on each unit, we cannot offer any refunds on a service charge or labor. The only item that can be refunded is any parts used during your repair that are in good enough condition to be returned to the distributor it was purchased from. We will not offer any refunds if you contact a different service provider after our technician leaves the premises or if you purchase a new unit. If the appliance was not fixed the first time out, the technician may negotiate a lower cost for the return trip. You will not pay a second service charge if a technician returns for the same issue.
We like to pride ourselves on our excellent worksmanship but we know that sometimes, appliances can be tricky. Because of this, we offer a 30 day warranty on our work (excludes parts) and will return to your house without another service charge and minimal labor costs. However, this will not be effective if it is for a different issue than the original trip or a different appliance. Keep in mind that this warranty is voided if you contact a different service provider to service your appliance for the same issue after we have done work on the appliance.
